- 60g oat bran
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 8 fresh medjool dates, pitted
- 2 bananas, halved
- 800ml chilled unsweetened almond milk
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Method
Step 1: Place ingredients into blender jug and secure lid.
Step 2: Press the SMOOTHIE function button and blend until program finishes.

Ingredients
- Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
- 200ml – cold semi-skimmed milk
- 30ml – honey
- cinnamon powder – a pinch
- nutmeg – a pinch
Method
Step 1: First, add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg to a glass.
Step 2: Then, add honey.
Step 3: Place the glass under the spout and prepare a ‘Hot Milk’. Then mix the ingredients.
Step 4: Finally, place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.
3. Air Fried Chicken Salad

Salads don’t have to be boring or cold. An Air Fried Chicken Salad adds crunch and warmth, making it a satisfying lunch or light dinner. The star of this dish is the roasted cauliflower and chickpeas, which crisp up beautifully without the need for excessive oil.

Air Fried Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 300g cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 shallots sliced lengthways
- 1 small bulb of garlic, keep whole
- 2 stems of fresh rosemary
- 400g tin of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 red capsicum, seeds removed and cut into 4 pieces
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 slice crusty bread torn into bite sized pieces (optional)
- 2-3 handfuls of mixed leaves
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Step 1: Remove the air flow trays from both cooking baskets of the Multi Zone Air Fryer.
Step 2: Into 1 basket add the shallots, garlic bulb, rosemary, red capsicum pieces and 1 tbsp oil. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Into the second basket add the cauliflower, chickpeas and the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Select match 1=2, airfry and adjust the temperature to 200°C and the time to 20 mins. Select start.
Step 5: Stir or shake both baskets half way through the cooking process. The unit will sound when you need to do this.
Step 6: 5 minutes before the end of cooking add the bread to the cauliflower basket and toast. Remove both baskets once cooking is complete.
Step 7: Place the roasted cauliflower, chickpeas and bread into a large mixing bowl.
Step 8: Separate the rosemary leaves from the stems (discard the stems) and slice the roasted red capsicum into strips. Add these to the bowl along with the shallots and any cooking liquid from the basket, set aside to cool.
Step 9: Cut the roasted garlic bulb in half and squeeze out the contents into a small dish.
Step 10: Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil and some salt and pepper and mix together.
Step 11: Add the cooked chicken and leaves to the bowl along with the dressing and gently mix together to combine.

Ingredients
- 500g Lamb Mince
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- For the sauce:
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 80g crumbled Feta
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1: For the Koftas, mix all ingredients well, ensuring the spices and herbs are well incorporated.
Step 2: Divide the mince into 8 portions and thread each onto a skewer.
Step 3: Air fry at 190°C for 12 minutes.
Step 4: For the sauce blend all ingredients together, taste and season. Serve with the Koftas.
5. Tofu Purple Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup White rice washed

- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Sesame oi
Method
Step 1: Add 1 cup white rice and 1/3 cup black rice into the rice cooker and stir to combine.
Step 2: Combine all the sauce ingredients and pour 1/2 of the sauce into the rice cooker
Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients in (tofu, greens, edamame, mushrooms) followed by the rest of the sauce
Step 4: Select white rice on the rice cooker and leave it to cook.
Step 5: Once it’s done, give it a mix through and enjoy.
