- 15 g of flour
- 300 ml of cold milk
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 120 g of spinach leaves, washed

- 4 140 ml ramekins + circle of baking paper to line bowl
- Add oil.
- Brown the onions and the spinach. Remove the veg. Melt the butter. Add the flour and the milk. Stir. Put the onions and spinach back in the bowl. Season.
- Transfer the mixture to the ramekins. Break an egg on top. Line the bottom of the bowl with paper. Place the ramekins in the bowl. Pour in 200 ml of cold water.
- Cooking time: 4 min.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over. Serve!

- 900g of pork shoulder roast, cut into 4 or 6 large chunks
- 1 tbsp of chili powder (optional)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp of water or beer
- Prepare the ingredients as per the ingredients listing.
- Coat pork in chilli powder (if using). Combine pork, onion and garlic in pot. Stir sauce with water or beer and pour over pork. Stir well.
- Set the multi-cooker on ‘pressure cooking’ with 45 minutes cooking time.
- Set meat aside, shred with two forks. Return meat to pot. Add some sauce to moisten (if needed).
- Serve in-between burger buns with coleslaw, pickles and dress with BBQ sauce

- 4 chicken supremes, cut into strips
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 125 g of frozen green beans
- 4 tbsp of yakitori sauce
- 30 g of dried black mushrooms
- 100 g of bamboo sprouts canned
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 20 almonds
- 100 ml of vegetable stock
- Prepare the ingredients as per the ingredients listing.
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Put the mushrooms in water to rehydrate. Pour the oil into the pan.
- Brown the peppers then the chicken strips on all sides. Add the bamboo shoots and green beans.
- Add the Yakitori sauce. Add the chopped mushrooms, vegetable stock and almonds. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set the multi-cooker on ‘pressure cooking’ with 2 minutes cooking time.

- 3 eggs
- 3 Royal Gala apples, cut in small cubes
- 112g flour
- 112g butter, melted
- 3 tsp vanillin sugar
- 1.5 tsp bicarb soda
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 112g sugar
- 100 ml caramel (tinned)
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Grease the cake pan. Pour caramel topping evenly across the bottom of the pan. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, egg, bicarb soda, and flour. Add melted butter, lemon juice, and apple.
- Pour the mixture in the cake pan. Pour 300ml water in the bowl. Place the steamer basket in the bowl, and add the cake pan in the steamer basket.
- Pressure cooking time: 40 mins on high pressure or 28 mins on express
- Let it rest for 10 min before removing from the cake pan. Serve hot or cold.
- Tip: Caramel can be replaced by butterscotch sauce.

- 25 g caster sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 ml whole milk
- 0.5 vanilla bean, split in half and scraped
- 60 g strawberries, washed, hulled and cut into pieces
- Prepare the ingredients.
- In a bowl, whisk the sugar with the eggs and the yolk. Set aside.
- Boil the milk and the vanilla pod for 5 minutes.
- Pour over the egg mixture while whisking.
- Divide the strawberries between the glass containers, pour the mixture over them and close them.
- Pour 200 ml of water into the cooking pan. Insert the steam basket.

- Leave to stand in keep warm mode for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.
