Lemon Berry Breakfast Toast – make it with the Russell Hobbs Distinctions 2-Slice Toaster
Tart flavours and sweetness combine in this fantastic breakfast combo.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2x Sourdough bread slices, toasted
Goat’s cheese
Blueberries
Raspberries
1 tsp lemon zest
Mint, finely chopped
Honey
Method
Spread your toasted sourdough with goat’s cheese and top with berries, lemon zest & mint. Add a light drizzle of honey to finish.
Serve and enjoy whilst warm.

Ultimate Grilled Veggie Sandwich
– make it with the George Foreman Immersa Grill Medium
Healthy and guilt-free, this sandwich is great for lunches and dinner alike.
Serves 1 Prep Time: 10-15 mins Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Ingredients
Veggies
1 zucchini, sliced lengthways
1 eggplant, sliced
1 long red capsicum, chopped into strips
1 yellow capsicum, chopped into strips
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp salt & pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
Sandwich & Fillings
Honey & chopped spring onions
Long ciabatta roll, toasted
Pesto
Beetroot dip
Tasty cheese, grated
Avocado, sliced
1 radish, sliced
½ tbsp tahini, drizzled
½ tbsp balsamic vinegar, drizzled
Method
Add all your veggies to a large bowl. Toss with oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Grill until tender, turning occasionally.
To build your sandwich, spread pesto on one side of your roll & beetroot dip on the other. Add grilled veggies in turn on each side of your roll. Top veggies with cheese, avocado & radish. To finish, drizzle with tahini & balsamic vinegar.

Grilled Puffed Pizza Bites
– make it with the George Foreman Immersa Grill Medium
A quick snack that features classic pizza flavours.
Serves 1 Prep Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
1 sheet of frozen puffed pastry, thawed
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp Italian herbs
¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Pepperoni & salami slices
1 tbsp salted butter, melted
Tomato ketchup (to serve)
Method
In the bottom two corners of your puffed pastry, add a dollop of tomato paste, a sprinkle of Italian herbs, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, parmesan cheese, salami and more mozzarella cheese. Feel free to tailor the filling to your liking!
Fold the top part of the pastry over your two pizza stacks and cut in half to make two pizza bites. Fork down the edges to seal the pastry and brush with melted butter.
Add your pizza bites to the grill and cook until the outsides are golden. Enjoy with tomato sauce.
Winter Cold Remedy Tea – make it with the Russell Hobbs Distinctions 1.5L Kettle – Ocean Blue
This tea packs all the goodness from three types of citrus fruits, perfect for cold winter days or when you’re feeling unwell.
Serves 1
Ingredients
2cm piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
3 lime slices
1 orange, sliced
3 lemon slices
To Serve
Honey
Lemon & lime slices
Method
Add all ingredients to your infuser basket and add to boiling water. Allow to brew for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with lemon & limes slices. Add honey to taste.
Sip whilst warm.
Spiced Christmas Tea – make it with the Russell Hobbs Distinctions 1.5L Kettle – Ocean Blue
Enjoy a touch of Christmas in the chilly Australian winter with this Spiced Christmas Tea.
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 tsp whole cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 black tea bags
3/4 cup of orange juice
3 star anise pods
Sugar to taste
Water – enough to fill your mug!
Method
Pop your ingredients into a mug and pour hot water over them.
Filter out the star anise and cloves after allowing the other ingredients to dissolve. Remember to add your desired amount of sugar!
