What is Switch Zone™ technology?
Available in selected Haier Quad Door Fridges, Switch Zone™ technology is customisable cooling with refrigerator to freezer conditions and everything in between with the variable temperature range of +5˚C to -18˚C. Switch Zone™ is typically accessed in an individual compartment of the Quad Door Fridge, away from the rest of the fridge’s interior.

Switch Zone™ technology is a great cooling companion to have if your cooling and freezing needs change often or you like to have the versatility of many settings right at your fingertips. Whether you need extra cooling space to chill drinks or you wish to freeze a meat tray you won at the local club, Haier’s Switch Zone™ technology will be there to meet every need.
When would you use Switch Zone™?
Whenever it’s required! Switch Zone™ can be used after you’ve come home with your groceries and you need to refrigerate your items or when you’re buying in bulk for the month, and you need to freeze your meat and seafood. Hosting a party soon? Simply change the conditions of the Switch Zone™ compartment between 3˚C-4˚C to chill cheese, deli meats and drinks.

All Haier Quad Door Fridges feature a separate compartment for Switch Zone™ cooling, with up to 99L of storage space. That’s plenty of space for storing all your essentials and more at your desired cooling temperature.

Humidity Zone
Ensure your fruits and vegetables stay crisp with optimal freshness for longer with the ‘Humidity Zone’ drawers. These drawers maintain humidity conditions to help your produce and leafy green vegetables hold onto moisture, so that they’re crisp and at their best for longer. Depending on the Haier Quad Door Fridge model, there’s the choice of one long Humidity Zone drawer or two half-width Humidity Zone drawers that makes it easier to store fruit and vegetables separately.
Refreshing Convenience
Enjoy instant refreshing hydration with the fridge’s water dispensers. Haier’s Quad Door Fridges with Switch Zone™ feature both plumbed and non-plumbed water dispensers, providing you with even more choice of where you can place your fridge and the type of connections you have.
- Non-Plumbed Water Dispensers: a water tank is built into the door and requires refilling once water runs out. It is also worth noting that Haier Quad Door Fridges with non-plumbed water dispensers do not have an ice tray or ice maker included. The below Haier fridges feature Switch Zone™ cooling with non-plumbed water dispensers:

- Plumbed Water Dispensers: with a connection to the water mains, a plumbed water dispenser is always on and provides instant drinking water without needing to refill. A plumbed water dispenser uses a water filter that require regular replacement for effective and hygienic use. Thanks to its plumbed connections, Haier fridges with a plumbed water dispenser also feature an automatic ice maker in the bottom freezer:
