This citrus smoothie is both filling and delicious, packed with orange juice, carrots and with some sunflower seeds for extra texture. The addition of soy milk makes it a dairy-free and vegan-friendly delight.
1. Sunny Orange Vegan Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 150 ml soy milk
- 2 tsp goji
- 300 ml orange juice
- 5 as needed carrots
- 1 juice of lime
Method
Step 1: Peel the carrots, then do with all the other ingredients into the 2L Food Processor Bowl and use the Braun MultiQuick 9 Hand Blender to mash everything until smooth. Use the highest setting for the finest results.
Step 2: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

2. Thunder Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup kale
- ½ cup Romaine lettuce
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup natural coconut water
- ¼ cup water
- ½ apple, chopped
- 1 banana (optional but it adds body to the smoothie)
- Dash of cayenne
Method
Step 1: Add all ingredients to your Russell Hobbs Mix & Go Blender.
Step 2: Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed for your desired consistency.
Step 3: Pour and enjoy the invigorating flavours.
Tip: This can also be frozen until you’re ready to enjoy at a later time. Once defrosted – pop it back in the blender to fluff it up again!

3. Super Summer Energiser Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- ½ cup berries
- 2 carrots, juiced
- 1/2 cup Greek style yoghurt
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 cup ice
Method
Step 1: Place all ingredients into the blender jug in the order listed. Place the lid securely onto the jug.
Step 2: Press the GREEN/FROZEN SMOOTHIE setting. When cycle has completed, the motor will stop.
Step 3: Serve immediately.

4. Bubbly Hibiscus Citrus Punch
Ingredients
- 12g hibiscus tea leaves
- 555g simmering water
- 100g chilled lemon juice
- 45g agave syrup
- Ice to serve
Method
Step 1: Place the tea leaves in a heatproof bowl and add the simmering water. Allow to stand for 20 minutes to infuse. Strain through a fine sieve and place in the refrigerator to chill.
Step 2: Place the cold hibiscus tea, lemon juice and agave syrup in a large jug and stir to combine.
Step 3: Using the funnel, fill the InFizz bottle to the MIN line. Top with the FusionCap™ and twist to lock.
Step 4: With the Tilt Head in the tilted position, insert the bottle and twist to lock. Push the bottle down into the vertical position. Press the Carbonating Lever at 1 second intervals, twice, to lightly carbonate or up to 6 times for maximum fizz.
Step 5: Move the Tilt Head into the tilted position and remove the bottle. Gradually slide the switch to the right to release the excess gas. Slide the switch back to the left if the bubbles rise too quickly.
Step 6: Half fill the serving glasses with ice, pour over the punch and serve.
