THE Features & Benefits
Safe and precise cooking can be achieved with this Westinghouse 60cm Induction Cooktop. Featuring three cooking zones and the 6.5kW input power means it’s easy to switch from your current ceramic cooktop to this induction model. This induction cooktop features a MaxiZone on the right that’s ideal for cooking with larger pots, pans and woks. On the left of the cooktop, there’s two cooking zones that are BridgeZone compatible. Simply combine the two zones to create a larger one for cooking with large cookware like trays and griddles.
Enjoy a head start on your cooking with the pot sensors and know when the cooktop’s ready thanks to the
residual heat indicator. Controlling the cooktop is simple with the front touch slide controls and if you can’t stand around waiting for the water to boil or the frypan to heat up, simply activate the ‘PowerBoost’ function.
For your convenience, this cooktop boasts the BoilProtect function which when it detects rising bubbles, automatically reduces heat levels so that your hot water simmers instead of boiling over, preventing accidents so that you can focus more on your cooking’s flavours. Need to pause your cooking? Just press “Pause” and all active zones will drop to Keep Warm mode so you can safely answer the phone or get the door. Hands-free control is even possible as this cooktop is Hob2Hood enabled, so when used with a compatible rangehood, the rangehood automatically powers on and extracts air based on the activities on the cooktop.
Safety in the kitchen is important and ever more so when you have kids in the home. This Westinghouse 60cm Induction Cooktop comes with a child safety device so they can’t disrupt your cooking. Cook, enjoy and clean up effortlessly with the easy-to-clean ceramic glass. Whatever’s on the menu, cook with confidence thanks to the 2 year warranty.
