At a touch of a button, choose from two heat modes: soften and melt. ‘Soften’ uses gentle heat to bring cold ingredients to room temperature as you mix (great for butter) while ‘Melt’ uses high heat to melt ingredients such as chocolate while mixing.
Using the side dial knob, choose from 10 variable speeds and as you mix and soften or melt, this Mixmaster HeatSoft™ Planetary Mixer removes the extra prep time that comes with using a microwave or stove to melt or soften ingredients.
This mixer comes with a large 5.2L bowl with attachments including the flexible ScrapeMaster™ Spatula Beater which wipes the sides and bottom of the bowl for an even mix. The HeatSplash™ Guard retains heat and minimises mess and splatter for safe use, every time. A Diecast Beater, Diecast Dough Hook and Stainless Steel Whisk will meet your changing needs in the kitchen.
